Biography
Dr. Sariyildiz is Professor of Soil Science and Ecology at the Department of Forest Engineering in Forestry Faculty of Kastamonu University, Turkey. He received his PhD from the Department of Biology (Soil Ecology), Exeter University in England. He holds a MSc in Plant and Soil Science from Aberdeen University in Scotland and a BSc in Forest Engineering from Black Sea Technical University in Turkey
Research Interest
His main research interests are on forest litter quality and decomposition, soil carbon sequestration, nutrient cycling and balance in forest ecosystems, soil pollution and reclamation, vegetal cover on runoff and soil erosion
